Yin yoga with bolster support

Yin

Floor-based poses held for several minutes to ease fascia, hips, and the busy mind. Props are your friends here.

Ideal after long desk days or as a counterpoint to stronger practice. You don’t need flexibility to begin — curiosity is enough.

Deep rest · 60–75 min

Restorative

Fully supported shapes, dim light, and long rests. The practice is less about stretching and more about letting the nervous system settle.

Come when you’re tired, recovering, or simply need permission to stop. Blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are ready for you.
